Book check out guidelines

Students are welcome to check out books from the media center to take home and may also use media resources and other items within the media center. The media center is open throughout the entire school day. Students are responsible for all items they borrow and will be required to pay for any lost or damaged items.

• Kindergarten & 1st Grade: Students are encouraged to leave their books in the classroom until they demonstrate readiness to manage their books responsibly.
• 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Grade: Students may check out up to 2 books at a time.
• 5th Grade: Students may check out up to 3 books at a time.
