WLE Counseling Department believes all students can learn and achieve academic success when nurtured in a respectful environment.

Our mission is to deliver a comprehensive developmental counseling program that addresses the diverse needs of all students. Through guidance, individual and small-group responsive services, we aim to foster growth in self-respect, empathy, problem-solving, decision-making, and emotional management skills.

The WLE School Counseling Program is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive community that inspires a lifelong commitment to learning. Guided by ASCA competencies and individualized school data, we strive to provide high-quality services while continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our interventions to ensure student success.
